Alphanumeric Cap IDs as Used in CBASS, the PXdb, and in Automounter Protocols

Diagram of the dewar showing the four puck lids (dark gray) and the ID numbers of all caps. These alphanumeric IDs are used in CBASS, the PXdb and in the robot protocols. The diagram is shown in the orientation as a user would see it when approaching the robot and looking down into the dewar. The robot gantry would be at the top of the figure. In this 'Standby configuration the gripper would move up and down above the A1 position.
